We had a friend who was working in Key West bring us to Hogfish Bar & Grill. We wanted to go someplace the "locals" go! Slightly hard to find, but worth looking for! We ate here twice in the 4 days we were on the island! The food was great! The lobster bisque is unbelieveable! Must try the yellow tail with mango salsa! Sat on the deck both times and fed the fish our scraps. The staff is very friendly and comfortable to joke with! Price is great compared to the prices on Duval!

Hard Place to find but heck if you're on vacation it's worth seeking it out. Beautiful view, very friendly staff and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this we were there in spring of 2007.
p.s. we also went snorkling from there you can make reservations from the dock

Go where the locals go for good food. They have tables right on the dock, and the sunset is terrific with the boats in the foreground. Of course, hogfish is their specialty and it's good. It's a casual, old Key West style eatery. Don't miss it.

Have had several nice meals here.

Each time the wait staff has gone out of their way to make our visit wonderful. The food is good, the decor is just what you'd expect from the Keys.

I cannot believe I am only the 2nd review! Hogfish is the best... totally casual, cool, well-priced, fresh and awesome. The peel and eat shrimp are the best anywhere in the Keys and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fish tacos. Give it a try.

Went here for dinner. Found it this year. Great service and great food. My wife had the BBQ. Which she loved. I had the shrimp po boy. Excellent. Fed the fish sitting at the dock watching the sun set. Beautiful. Drove through the flooded street to get there. Worth the trip. Would definately go again.
