BEHIND THE MUSIC
Christopher Dean was born Aug 1973 and is a NJ native but resides in Havre De Grace MD as of 2020. He has been touring since 1997 fulltime as a traveling blues/soul musician.
He started playing guitar at age 15 and studied various styles of blues and soul guitar after high school in 1992. Early influences Charlie Patton, BB King, Magic Sam. Later David Ruffin, Al Green, and Sarah Vaughn. He formed the Christopher Dean Band 1995 and started working the hardcore blues area in Newark, Elizabeth, Plainfield NJ.
