This website is owned and operated by hogfishbar.com. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold hogfishbar.com harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall hogfishbar.com , be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

  • Our site is hosted on Netlify, which processes requests and form submissions to provide the website and its contact features.
  • We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

ANALYTICS AND COOKIE CHOICES

We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and interactions such as phone, directions and menu links. When enabled, Google receives usage information and stores analytics cookies in your browser. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website's analytics tag.

For visitors identified as being in the United States, analytics may start without an opt-in banner unless you have declined or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Elsewhere, or if we cannot determine your country, analytics stays off until you accept. Our hosting provider uses approximate country information to make this choice; we do not request your device's precise location.

Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to accept or decline analytics. Declining stops analytics on this site and removes its Google Analytics cookies. Browser privacy signals take precedence over an accepted choice. Your choice is saved in this browser when browser storage is available.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Wix may use limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

GDPR

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us through the contact information above.
Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.

COOKIES

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and measure visits. These cookies can persist for up to two years. Our analytics tag does not enable advertising cookies. Your analytics choice is stored separately in browser local storage.

You can decline analytics through Cookie settings in the footer or manage cookies in your browser. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing the restaurant's menu, contact information or other website content. Third-party content you choose to open may have its own privacy and cookie practices.

BROWSER PRIVACY SIGNALS

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we disable Google Analytics on this site, even if you previously accepted analytics. These signals do not prevent the hosting provider from processing requests needed to deliver the website.

CHANGES

Read our menu as web text. The downloadable print PDFs may have accessibility limitations. Our accessibility review is ongoing; we have not yet established full WCAG conformance.
